Heroes: The Powers

And I think you're right on with your assessemnt of Sylar/Peter's powers...I think they're essentially the same thing, just interpereted differently.

I think the idea of the "same power, interpreted differently" may be right. IIRC, there was someone else that seemed to have precognition besides Isaac, but it worked differently. The "Peeping Tom" seems to have some sort of tie to air & the sense of smell (from the online novel), to make his a slightly different flavor.

Peter had precognitive dreams about flying, which is what finally drove him to hop off that building. Whether these are his own or something Simone's father gave him is an open question, I suppose.

There is freezing/ice -- i think it's from Molly's father or mother (Sylar has it now and the way the ice is all over Molly's parents' crime scene, it's as if Sylar was just testing his power -- much like what he did with the guy that turned items into liquids)

And then there is Hana, though I don't recall if she was just in the webcomic or if she ever made an appearance in the show, but she could hear all electronic communications in her head through the airwaves.

Power (electrical absorption/emission) - also from the online graphic novel

We are not sure what powers Molly's parents had. It seems likely that the freezing power was taken from one of Sylar's 2 or 3 offscreen kills prior to the Walkers.

We also don't know what powers Angela Petrelli and Kaito Nakamura have. Serious speculation on immortality/super healer for Kaito right now, as it seems likely that Kensei is an empath.

Hannah Gitleman made it on screen in two episodes. Wireless telecommunication was/is her power. There is good reason to suspect that Wireless was able to live in a disembodied state or is still alive.

Micah+Wireless = Lawnmower Man
