Well, that's six out of the eight of you. I only seem to have five characters in the RG, though.

Let's see... I need a level 8 Mord posted, I believe gargoyleking.

And if hbarsquared is still in, we need Windspeaker posted to the RG as well.

And if Prickly Pear is in, a level 8 version of Sesto or SnorLoska (though I suspect Setso is best).

I'm starting on my prep work.

Yeah so uh, that elf guy and his friends are like, fighting demons or something coming out of the trees? Something about the, uh, Mytol, failing? It's really bad out there.

The demons? Oh it was easy, I just outran them, I have good boots.

So anyway, he's uh, kinda busy, I guess. So he sent a reply... uh... here it is.

"To Imani, High mage of Hap

From Malbung Ikrum, the Bronze Blade

I have received your summon and while I concur with you that the situation is grave, there are dire events unraveling in Myth Dranor that require my attention. If we fail, you will doubtlessly hear of it. I am not at liberty to say, but pack your bags, just in case. As soon as this mess can be contained, I will render you assistance.

In the meantime, I recommend that you summon Kalorn, an Eldritch Knight, currently located in Archenbridge. He owes me a favor, and you probably would be able to convince him to work for you anyway. While he is a dark and bitter man, he directs his anger outwards to those who would oppress and destroy and can be useful if you point him in the right direction - I am sure he would relish the opportunity to thwart the Cult of the Dragon. His mastery of sword and blade is sound and he is a fierce combatant. He has military experience as well and some woodcraft - although he is no ranger. I trust that he will do in my stead.

Best of luck

P.S. It would be best if you pretended you didn't notice the limp.

P.P.S. This messenger you sent... he's not very clever, but he somehow managed to find me, evade the wards around Myth Dranor and sneaked past the rampaging fiends *and* our picket line. You should keep him around.

P.P.P.S. doubtlessly you have heard by now the scandal concerning Lorenn. Please pay it no mind. The lad's heart is in the right place, and there is a human expression about eladrins and sticks and posteriors... I forget how it goes exactly, but it applies to this situation."

Kalorn is posted. Credits goes to Warpiglet for the initial character concept, which I will add soon - but now to bed!

Kalorn is posted in full.

Sorry folks, no more Leomund's tiny hut for you. But now you have a mule and a cart so...

This character has *nothing* to do with elves... but I do have an extra language to pick. Should it be elvish or... I don't know, dwarven? :P

Greetings!
Sesto comes back after paying his dues to Lathander at the nearest temple. Unfortunately, he also had to help out with a small outbreak of a mysterious illness (similar to knobrot) before he could return to Imani’s quest. Sesto is ready to go.

OOC. I will post an updated version of Sesto shortly. SnorLoska has been kind and lent Sesto his Spellguard Shield, as long as Sesto will return it intact (is this ok?). So, it is lvl 8 and we get 400 gp to start with, and one uncommon item? Anything else?

Sorry for not keeping in touch but I had a job change and had to relocate too. I’m settled in now and should have time for this sequel.
