Besides, if the party were to take his advice he might delay the enemy for a turn or two. If nothing Else, He can make Bardaby stop to lick his wounds.

Ok. It looks as if we haven't yet decided what to do in the Dispensable's thread.
The worst idea is to stay and fight, especially in the alter room where most reinforcements seems to come from. Running through the south room to the grates and then caves also seems to be a bad idea since there may come more reinforcement from the storage area. The north room (treasure room), which Loreen's bat has scouted earlier, is mostly empty. Silakul has left that room, Barnaby has also left and most guards too. The draco lich has left but may have returned from the dead (but hopefully that will take longer time). At most there are a few guards in that room.
The safest way, and with the mission objectives in mind, is to go into the north room. Bob is crazy and we might have to leave him behind unless he can dash out of the room and we close the door before the bad guys can react. I haven't checked the initiative order but that would be meta gaming! Just leave Bob behind, he might get knocked out and survive!
