@FitzTheRuke

FYI, I will be out again. Leaving Monday (Aug. 12) and back Aug. 22 or 23. Limited access, yada yada yada. If something happens before that, I will try and post something. If not, feel free to act for Doc until I am back.

I have gone on ENworld every day with the intention of pushing my games forward, and every day I have foolishly allowed myself to get distracted with the 2024 rules discussions instead.

If I don't get to them before Thursday, which I should do, my Wife is away then which always gives me plenty of gaming time (I don't watch TV without her!)

So we ought to get back in the groove soon!

Pro Tip- No matter what position you take, the arguments will remain. And the rules will stay the same.

I often think about this when I'm driving, and I stop and watch the light change from red to green to yellow and back to red again. Is life nothing more than a bunch of honking and yelling? Sometimes it seems that way! Especially as I watch the light cycle again.

All my pbps seem to have gone on summer hiatus. I imagine things will pick up again in fall.
I'll do my best to get going again ASAP. For me, it was more the PHB releases that slowed me down. This time. I've had a few things recently that have kept me from being as good as I used to do at keeping up with the games.

It took me an extra day-and-a-half to get started. My wife was wrong about what day she was leaving - so wrong in fact, that I wasted two hours of my time yesterday driving her to meet up with her cohort, only to find that she had the day wrong, and I had to do it again this morning (correctly this time).

We're also in the middle of buying a comic collection at my store. Now, this is not an unusual event - it can happen multiple times a week - the difference is, this one has comics from the 1940's, so... it's more work to grade, process, and will both cost (and make) more money than your average collection. It's taking quite a bit of time to go through, as I'm not the sort that low-balls the seller. We need to both be happy, so the prices need to be well-researched.

But! I'd like to get moving again, so I hope we can forge ahead. Here goes...

Wow, the perks of being in the trade huh? Must be hard parting with some of those vintage books
