MnM3 Centropolis (Re-bot)

So I am hoping to relaunch on Monday Feb 6th. Hope this gives Charwoman Gene and pathfinderq1 enough time to finish up their characters. IF you want or need help with character creation I can make suggestions or basic builds to get you started.

Not sure if I'll have a character DONE by Monday.

But I will have DECIDED on one- and I'll write the background as having them not be an active hero, instead someone who is drawn in by events.

Right now, I'm at the stage of building out my concepts, to see which ones I can make work at PL 9. So I'll get back to that.

OK over all looks good but a couple of questions and comments... first I kind of wanted to limit Trade-Offs to 4 maybe 5. Your Toughness in Stone Form is 15 (Stamina 9 +Protection 6)? That is 6 over and that would also mean your Defenses are too high. Your Dodge (4) adds to your Agility (+3) = 17 and your Parry (4) plus Fighting (3) = 7. I would lower your Protection down to 2 but bump your Impervious to 10 (same point total). If you want to lower your Dodge and Parry that is cool too but again I would prefer the Trade-Off max out around 4 so your Toughness of 12 and Parry/Dodge lower to 6 would also work.

Note also your Skill ranks in Unarmed and Thrown Weapon add the attribute bonuses also (so your Unarmed + Fighting =9 and your Throwing + Dex =6). The thrown weapons works out with Trade-Offs but not the Unarmed combat.

Finally I am a bit confused about the 'Permanent' behind your Enhanced Attributes. Were you looking for Innate instead? Just trying to get a feel for what you were thinking there.

If you can by Monday that would be great. If you can't I can hold off a bit more but I don't want to kill any excitement for the game by waiting too long. We can maybe start with your unfinished character and finish him during the game

I made some changes to toughness and other defenses, as well as keeping my attacks in line to bring my trade offs to 4 or less. Permanent means the enhanced abilities can't be turned on and off. They can be nullified. also means they cant be stunted.
 


Concepts are down to two: a teleporter or an air/elemental controller. Will be doing final builds today, to make sure they work at PL 9.

Backgrounds are fairly similar: Novice hero, college freshman, new to the city.
