MnM3 Centropolis (Re-bot)

In order: Yes, terminal velocity is when air resistance equals the force of gravity, about 122 mph for a human now that I look it up, meaning he would have to survive a much lesser fall.
(Felix only takes this much damage because of falling rules :D)
Again, this is if Felix only tossed silver, if Felix both, he simply slowed them.

Onto the second part: Either works. Felix planed to toss and then immediately shut off power: then he is effectively blind and deaf as far as I'm concerned and I have a few Ideas on what he would do if he was saved and not knocked into next week.

You know you love the idea of Kit knocking on the suit while he is still awaiting brutal impact :P

Technically, if the robot is travelling faster than terminal velocity, we'd be slowed down to terminal velocity when we exit. Probably handled as a fall using the difference in speed for the damage effect value.

You're trying to apply Real word logic to Both Game and Comic book Logic. M&M says getting hit by someone/thing who can lift 800 tones(str 15) likely Won't deck Joe Smoe on the first hit.
Also, Felix is very dens in the suit, his T.V. is ALOT higher then someone without all that metal

Since this is all kind of cinematic, involving only PCs, here's what I'm thinking. Felix grabs Silver and Kitsune and throws them. Kitsune uses a variation on her 'slow fall' power to arrest that change in speed, then skydives back down to Felix and power stunts the Slow Fall with affects others. Silver, you can get in on that too if you'd like to.

In the suit, Felix may not even be aware that his fall is being slowed, or that he has passengers.

This is two Extra Efforts for Kit, so she's gonna be plenty worn out by the time we touch down, but that works for the scene.

Sound good?

That was hard to follow. Since The Princess' max speed is 2 ranks lower than her exit velocity, does she need to roll anything to avoid crashing? Maybe a power stunt for a temporary boost in flight speed so she can slow down with control and not have her wings sheared off by being subjected to speeds beyond what they're use to?

I think I have a way to get Streak down safely, I just need the numbers (speed and altitude).

You are about 250 feet or so off the ground (so Rank 3 height) and traveling at 500mph (Speed 8). Not going to worry too much about re-world psychics here. If someone has Flight at any Ranks or Slow Fall or some other cool comic book logic, they can get to the ground safely.

OOC: Strength -1 means her lift is 25 pounds. I can't find anything about carry capacity and flight though in the SRD.

Your flight does not give you any strength, you can carry whatever you can normally carry when flying. NOW if you want to Power Stunt/Extra Effort some other power, like say your main attack power as Telekinesis or something and explain it as you are using your light and making it solid to lift something, that would work.

Okay, so Power Stunting a new Slowfall from the Telekinetic Array. It costs a whopping 1 point more than usual for Slow Fall with Affects Others, so I'll just adjust the slot to:

Leap +3, Speed +1, Supermovement: Wallcrawing +2, Safe Fall +1 (Affects Others), 11pp

This means she can skydive into Felix (intentionally 'diving' down to fall faster than him), stick to him, and use her power to slow both of their falls.

This will cost another level of fatigue. I could use a hero point, but I like the idea that trying to slow down a big robot suit would tire her out.

Post goes up shortly unless there's any objections.
