A Fey Spirit has a fly speed of 30 feet and can Fey Step 30 feet as a bonus action to make that effectively larger.

Must of changed it then, because it was speed 40 (no fly).

But yea, I would consider flight +teleport to be enough to be a ranged attack.

The numbers you posted are I think applicable at level 5 and 6, but 7 and 8 it will be over double that and 11 and 12 it will be over triple the level 5 number.

Warlocks Summon Fey stuck at 2 attacks attacks.
5th level/2, rounded down = 2.

EB gets a 3rd attack at 11 though, where rangers don't really get a bump.

What do you mean it can't do anything?

It can fly up to it and attack it .... and then try to charm it.

It can do a lot more to a flying enemy than a PAM/GWM fighter can.
