Clay, I spaced. I meant 14 people, not 12. It should look like this:

- Round 1: 14 contestants narrow down to 7 contestants
- Round 2: 7 contestants plus the best losing story from Round 1 = 8 contestants, narrowing down to 4
- Round 3: 4 narrows down to 2
- Final round: 2 face off for ultimate VICTORY!

This system means that the only 2nd chance for a person is round 1; if they lose after that, such is life.

Hmm, that is an interesting idea. So, for one of the first 7 contests, both competitors would proceed to round 2? That works nicely with what SamothDM suggested in the Spring series.

On the subject of the picture/story/judgement links: Does anybody have any feedback on the format I used last time? Was it easy enough to use? Could it be better? I'm open to ideas.
