Not sure, if the troopers will be looking for us wanted to see if there was anything that I could use to gain advantage in staying hidden or to use as a ambush/choke point if it comes to that.

Oh yes, there's lots of ambush places and choke points.
I'm envisioning the arboray trees as being like a large and especially sprawling version of our banyan trees.
Over years these trees can grow together, their branches fusing to create natural arches and chokepoints. Their root systems are partially above ground and would be considered difficult terrain (i.e. requiring 2 maneuvers to move through instead of 1), but there may be paths of normal terrain wending between them.
If you're looking for cover from enemy fire – which imposes a Setback on enemy Perception checks, and grants you Ranged Defense 1 – you can readily find it.
If you're looking for concealment for an ambush – which either gives you a # Boosts on Stealth, or imposes a # Setback on enemy Ranged (Light), Ranged (Heavy), Gunnery, and Perception checks – I think a Difficulty 2 Survival (Cunning) check would make sense to determine how good the concealment you can find is.
EDIT: And these aren't mutually exclusive btw, so you might make a Survival check to find concealment for an ambush, and if you have any advantages we could interpret those as cover as well.
