GM: I did want more clarity on Hiromi's move. Don't say "1> Stride", say "1> Stride to G15" or something like that.

OOC: Really? I mean, I can't visualise where everyone is going to be by the time it reaches my turn. My intention was to stride twice or stride and step, whichever got me into a flank. I don't know if we can get over that trough-thing in the middle or have to go the long way around. I would think people letting you know the purpose they are trying to achieve would be easier than being specific, otherwise we have to wait on a lot of back-and-forth. If you need me to be specific, I'd say I double-stride to G13, I guess? I think I'd have a flank there, but I have no idea. Depends on how that trough works, I think. Though I suppose the daemons are attacking across it?

GM: The demons are flying. I know you can't know where everyone will be but you can name the end location you want to aim for. In any case, I'll post an update Tuesday or Wednesday unless we hear from CW Gene sooner.

With a shout, Corwin strides forward and swings twice but the "Vile beasts!" are more vile in their ability to dodge and weave.
Less boldly, Jericho steps forward and connects with the beast before he retreats to his prior location.
Elkran follows into the room concentrating on his spell as he prepares his crossbow for battle.
Urik follows suit and also bashes the beast with his morning star.
Hiromi nimbly skips past her allies and gets into a flanking position. Hoping the little demon's anatomy isn't too far from human, she pokes into the demon with precision.

Q1 has taken 13 hp of damage. It spins and attacks the one who did the most damage, Hiromi. Two claws lash out at her. The first barely misses but the does connect. It then steps to E13.
Q2 steps to E14 and attacks the possibly poisoned target with two claw attacks.
[sblock="The details"]1> Claw Attack at Hiromi, 2> Attack Again, 3> Step to E13
Q1 atks Hiromi: 1D20+7 = [8]+7 = 15 Miss
1D4-1 = [1]-1 = 0
1D20+2 = [14]+3 = 17 Hit, plus poison. Make a DC 15 Fort save.
1D4-1 = [3]-1 = 2

Q2 atks Hiromi: 1D20+7 = [2]+7 = 9 Miss
1D4-1 = [1]-1 = 0
1D20+3 = [9]+3 = 12 Miss
1D4-1 = [4]-1 = 3[/sblock]

Back to the party. Hiromi needs to make a Fort save as well.

First Post
Jericho was starting to get concerned about these bat-things. That one had taking a good beating so far and was still flapping around. He really did not want to get to close to those vile looking claws either but again he was concerned about saving his alchemy for bigger fish as it were when they face the goblins. In for a copper, in for a gold he thought to himself as he stride forward to again attempt to strike the creature, but his fear got the better of him and his attack was to weak. Shaking his head in frustration he thought This is not working...

OOC: 1. Stride to G14
2. Strike Q2; Staff (two-handed) attack, damage if he hits: 1D20+1 = [6]+1 = 7
1D8 = [1] = 1
, I'm sure that's a miss ;)
3. nothing

GM: ???? Your stride is 25 feet. Each time. Not each round. Each stride can be 25 feet. You can cover 75 ft each round if you do nothing else. Step only fails if your move is reduced by being "hindered 20" or something similar.
