OOC: Hiromi is trained in Medicine, but she doesn't have a Healer's Kit. I seem to recall that she either couldn't afford it, or she couldn't carry its weight. I also didn't know how useless her Medical training would be without it.

OOC:
@jmuchiello,
Elkran finds out detect magic sucks. He is aware of only one magic present.**

** wasn't footnoted, i presume it was the Dancing Lights?

I disagree on Detect Magic sucking, i was attempting to determine if the creature had used a spell or a nonmagical means of 'disappearing' (i.e., cast invisibility, or stealth, or had an inate ability to vanish) it was worth a shot since Seek requires concentration and I was already concentrating on Dancing Lights for our light source. And on that note, would finding a stealthed creature using Seek benefit anyone other than the person who found the creature unless that character was able to point it out to others? I read Seek as a character Senses the stealthed creature, meaning everyone needs to Sense the creature of their own accord?

OOC: There's an action called "Point Out" that lets you... point out where the unseen creature is, allowing others who can see and hear you to treat the hidden creature as sensed.

OOC: Thanks, totally forgot about Point Out, as it was grouped with the latter specialty actions and I hadn't looked that way in awhile (none of those actions are pertinent to Elkran, save for maybe Breathe Deep)...I suppose it is the whole "point" to the action haha

GM: Frankly, the monster became invisible by spell. But the detect magic cannot sense Invisibility because it is an illusion spell higher level than than the casting of detect magic. So detect magic is useless against invisibility unless cast at 2nd or higher level.
You receive no information beyond presence or absence of magic.
That means you don't even get a count of the magic auras. You could ignore the dancing lights when you cast detect magic and I assumed you would do so. You also can't detect invisibility with a 1st level detect magic. What I wrote above still stands. There's magic in the area.

Urik pauses for a moment to see if he can detect the position of the little demon.

OOC: 1. Seek, in a burst centred on myself. I guess you are supposed to roll the Perception check on these ones?
